  • Experience in Application production support within the ITIL Framework.
  • Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in:
    • Application trouble shooting configuration and maintenance.
    • Application performance tuning and optimization
    • Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA
    • Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis
    • Experience in Work flow maintenance and Configuration.
  • Knowledge of TCS BaNCS application backend and front END
  • Understands SWIFT & local payment settlement
  • Has knowledge of shell scripting Jboss Oracle spring hibernate programming Language.
  • Hands on experienced on windows & unix
  • Able to handle pressure & support critical production issues
  • Willing to work extended hours during critical incidents & schedule weekend deployments.
  • Acknowledging and acting on command center Calls(24x7)
