About the Role

We are seeking an organized and efficient Admin Assistant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an integral part of our organization, you will provide crucial administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to the overall success of our company.

  • Manage and maintain office schedules, including coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Prepare and organize various documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including expense reports and invoicing
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are properly organized and easily accessible
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for staff members
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments within the organization
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company databases
