We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer – Advent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Advent applications, along with solid experience in investment management, risk, and finance domains. You will play a critical role in supporting, enhancing, and implementing Advent solutions while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Advent applications to meet business and client needs.
• Support end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical and functional issues within Advent applications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (business users, developers, QA, and support teams) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and user guides.
• Drive continuous improvement, process automation, and best practices within the Advent product ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Advent applications (Advent Geneva, Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX), Moxy, or related).
• Strong knowledge of investment management, portfolio accounting, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
• Experience in SQL, scripting, and data integration tools.
• Familiarity with financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud deployment and integration of Advent products.
• Experience with performance measurement, risk reporting, or compliance modules.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
