We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who thinks like a designer and ships like an engineer owning the complete user experience from problem discovery to product delivery and measurable impact. This role blends product strategy design thinking and rapid experimentation leveraging AI-powered prototyping tools to validate and ship solutions quickly. You will collaborate closely with users engineers and designers to ensure every product decision delivers both exceptional user experiences and strong business outcomes.

This role exists to deliver design-led product innovation that drives measurable improvements in user satisfaction and core business metrics.

Critical outcomes for the next 6-12 months include:

• Designing and launching impactful user experiences weekly.
• Implementing AI-powered prototyping workflows to accelerate validation cycles.
• Bridging product management and design to create a seamless user centric development process.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own customer problems end-to-end from user research to feature delivery and impact measurement.
• Design and ship user experiences weekly using AI-powered prototyping tools and design systems.
• Proactively identify user experience gaps through data analysis user feedback and design thinking workshops.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive experiences using AI tools to validate concepts before development.
• Drive product decisions based on user needs design principles and business impact rather than just feature requests.
• Collaborate directly with users to understand pain points and validate solutions through rapid prototyping.
• Ship measurable improvements to user satisfaction and business metrics weekly through design-led product iterations.

• 7 years of experience in product management with at least 3 years in design-led or UX-focused product roles.
• Proven experience with design thinking rapid prototyping and user research methodologies.
• Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools including AI-powered platforms.
• Ability to translate user insights into high-impact product decisions.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Product Design Human-Computer Interaction Business or related field.
• Exceptional communication skills and a track record of delivering measurable product outcomes.

• Weekly delivery of at least one validated user-tested product iteration.
• Demonstrable improvements in user satisfaction scores and adoption metrics.
• Reduction in design-to-development cycle time by at least 30% within the first year.
• Positive business impact attributable to design-led product improvements.

Directly reporting to our Chief Technology Officer and closely working with our Technology Team.
