Job summary
A global crypto trading firm is seeking a Senior or Lead Software Engineer (C) to design and build low-latency systems for their market-making infrastructure. The role offers autonomy to experiment and innovate, with initial remote work transitioning to Dubai upon visa processing. Candidates with 2-5 years of C development and a strong background in high-frequency trading are encouraged to apply. Compensation is among the best in the industry.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of deep hands-on C development.
- Background in high-frequency trading (HFT) and/or market-making is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in low latency systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and build robust low-latency systems powering our crypto trading infrastructure.
- Collaborate on architectural decisions, latency tuning, and stability of trading engine.
- Identify bottlenecks and devise high-impact solutions.
- Own the code from development to production-level performance.

We are a fast-moving global firm operating in the crypto market-making space (not an exchange) but focused on building next-gen high-frequency trading infrastructure for market making in various global exchanges.
We’re looking for a Senior or Lead Software Engineer (C) to help develop optimize and elevate our core trading systems initially remote with a transition to Dubai once the work visa is processed.
