Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect Engineer with over 10 years of expertise to lead the design, planning, and execution of complex architectural projects in the UAE. This role requires strong technical proficiency, creative design abilities, and project management skills to deliver high-quality architectural solutions aligned with client specifications and local regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-rise, commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee the development of concept designs, detailed drawings, and architectural plans for various project types, focused on high-rise developments.
2. Prepare and review architectural specifications, ensuring designs are functional and aesthetically pleasing.
3. Manage all stages of project development, from initial design to final delivery.
4. Ensure that all designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
5. Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary project approvals and permits.
6. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
7. Resolve on-site architectural issues.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Architect Engineer, with a strong portfolio of high-rise, commercial, and residential projects.

Skills:

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM software.
2. Experience with 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization tools.
3. Strong understanding of local building codes, standards, and regulations.
4. Knowledge of sustainable and green building design principles.
