Job summary

A real estate company based in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate sector. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing offers, and ensuring alignment with market standards. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, possesses 2–4 years of recruitment experience with emphasis on real estate, and has excellent communication skills. Knowledge of UAE labour laws is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience, including 1–2 years in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate job roles and licensing requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with UAE labour law and visa processing (if applicable).

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews for candidates.
  • Prepare and present job offers aligning with company policies.
  • Attend career fairs and industry events for employer branding.
