In this role, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate sector. Qualifications

• Familiarity with UAE labour law and visa processing (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews for candidates.
• Prepare and present job offers aligning with company policies.
• Attend career fairs and industry events for employer branding.
