Job summary

A leading engineering company in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect & Modelling Lead cum BIM Coordinator to guide multi-disciplinary project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Revit and will lead BIM modelling while developing automation around Autodesk tools. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of BIM standards and best practices, ensuring compliance with quality standards and successful project coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Revit experience with proficiency in CAD design 2D/3D.
• Expert knowledge of Revit and ability to produce Revit Families.
• Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking capability.
• Knowledge of BIM codes and standards including ISO19650.
• Able to maintain standards and library of Revit families.

Responsibilities

• Support BIM Coordinator in daily BIM implementation activities.
• Develop 3D/2D models for drawing preparation and clash reporting.
• Ensure all models and drawings comply with project standards.
• Coordinate model interfaces with designers of other disciplines.
• Prepare BIM package submissions and conduct clash detection.
