Job summary
A prominent healthcare company in Dubai is looking for a Sales Specialist to manage marketing and sales of pharmaceutical products. The role involves frequent visits to pharmacies and wholesalers, ensuring timely collection of payments and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a university degree, 2-3 years of experience in healthcare sales, and a valid UAE driving license. Fluent English is mandatory, while knowledge of Arabic and Hindi is advantageous.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales experience in healthcare.
- Knowledge about credit worthiness of customers.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Arabic and Hindi is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned pharmacies according to the daily visit plan.
- Book shortages for pharmacies and introduce new items.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
- Meet targets and distribution goals.
- Collect payments on time and clear outstanding debts.

The job holder is responsible for product listing detailing Marketing & Sales of Pharma product portfolio to meet or exceed the annual sales goals in the following channels /customers: Pharmacies Hospitals and Wholesalers. The incumbent follows his daily journey plan for order taking and timely collection from customers.
- Visit assigned Pharmacies as per Daily Visit Plan
- Book all shortages required for Pharmacies and introduce new items.
- Monitor competitors activities and give feedbacks to the Management
- Plan Execute and Implement the Customer Visit Plan to cover all customers per month.
- Develop new Customers and be the early bird to add New Customers.
- Meet Target and Distribution goals fixed for Areas.
- Listing new products.
- Collect all payments on time as per the policy of the Company and clear all Outstandings from the Customers
- Location and Route of Outlets
- Knowledge about Credit Worthiness of the Customer
- Knowledge of consumer products industry trends and key competitors in designated geography
- Knowledge of General Trade Practices
- Language skills Should be fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi is desirable
- Valid UAE Driving License with Car is mandatory
- Working knowledge of MS Office esp. Word Power Point and Excel
University degree in any discipline. MBA in Sales and Marketing is an advantage.
