Job summary

A trading company in the UAE is seeking an Arabic-speaking Sales Executive to spearhead sales activities across various Arabic markets, including the UAE and GCC. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales experience and fluency in Arabic. Responsibilities include developing customer relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and reporting to management. Candidates must be self-motivated and organized, with a strong understanding of the business culture in the region.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Arabic is required, either at a native or professional level.
  • Based in the UAE or Yemen.
  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred, especially in solar or technical sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand sales in Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Identify new B2B customers and generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities in Arabic.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Arab market.
  • Provide weekly sales reports to management.

We are seeking an Arabic-speaking Sales Executive to lead sales activities across Arabic markets, including the UAE, GCC, Levant, and North Africa. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and promoting our solar energy and general trading products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand sales in Arabic-speaking markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, etc.)
  • Identify new B2B customers and generate qualified leads
  • Conduct outbound sales activities in Arabic: cold calling, WhatsApp, email, and online communication
  • Present and promote solar inverters, lithium batteries, solar panels, and general trading products
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Arab market
  • Provide weekly sales reports, KPIs, and market updates to management
  • Represent the company professionally in Arabic-speaking markets
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and pricing information
Skills
  • Arabic fluency is mandatory (native or professional level)
  • Based in the UAE or Yemen
  • Experience in sales (B2B preferred; solar or technical sales is a plus)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Understanding of business culture in GCC, ME and Arabic countries
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented
