Housekeeping Manager-Jobs in Vereinigte Arabische Emirate

We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager in Abu-Dhabi to oversee the operations of the housekeeping department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overall housekeeping performance, ensuring tasks meet standards, and providing guidance to staff.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. A valid UAE work visa is required for foreign applicants. The offered salary is 1300 AED per month.

• Develop and implement cleaning policies, standards, and procedures
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventories of supplies, materials, equipment, and furniture
• Organize staff schedules for efficient coverage
• Provide training and mentorship to staff
• Ensure safe use of cleaning chemicals
• Maintain records of maintenance activities
• Handle customer complaints professionally

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
