Job summary
A premier hospitality group in Dubai is seeking a Commis I Baker to assist in the kitchen. This role involves preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards, and collaborating with kitchen team members. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in a five-star setting and strong knowledge of baking techniques. Qualifications
- At least 12 years of experience in a five-star international chain hotel.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assists Chef de Partie with mise en place production and service.
- Prepares a variety of baked goods according to standards.
- Maintains hygiene standards and HACCP records.
