The ideal candidate will have expertise in production management quality control and team leadership in the manufacturing or construction materials industry.
- Supervise and coordinate the production of GRC GRP and precast cement products to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Manage and train production staff ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor workflow resolve production issues and optimize processes to improve productivity.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and submit production and quality control reports.
