About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join in Jumeirah Emirates Tower.

Main duties and responsibilities
  • Ensure daily operations meet service standards and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Engage with guests to create personalized experiences andmaintainaccurateguest records.
  • Manage resources by taking inventories, re-ordering supplies, and safeguarding cash.
  • Monitor cashiering functions,comply withprocedures, and manage financial aspects like the General Ledger and budget.
  • Suggest strategies to increase market share andoptimizeprofits while controllinglaborand expenses.
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards and adhere to health, safety, and grooming policies.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Completed a Higher Secondary School Certificate.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in English.
  • Uses MICROS, TAHWEEL, and HSI systems effectively.
  • Manages purchasing through relevant software.
  • Brings 3–5 years’ experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager.
  • Shows a strong F&B background in a standalone or branded restaurant.
