Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the production of GRC GRP and precast cement products to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Manage and train production staff ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor workflow resolve production issues and optimize processes to improve productivity.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations.
