A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage all phases of fit-out projects, including design coordination and procurement. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry, with strong leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with local regulations and practices is highly preferred. This role involves coordinating teams, managing project milestones, and ensuring quality standards are met. Lead and manage all phases of the fit-out project lifecycle, including design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover.
The employee may be required to undertake any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time, in line with the role and organizational needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree or certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), LEED, or NEBOSH are considered an advantage.
• 10‑15 years of relevant experience in the construction or interior fit‑out industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a Project Management role, overseeing full project lifecycles.
