Services Middle East & Africa (MEA) Business Execution team is part of the Global Services Chief Operating Office and supports the Services Business in MEA with planning and monitoring activities related to strategy, financial performance, talent management, sales performance, client experience, headcount management, productivity, technology investment and strategic execution.

What you’ll do

Support Services MEA Business Execution team with collecting, analyzing and presenting data related to financial performance (e.g. revenues and expenses), sales performance (deal pipeline, sales productivity) and other areas that Business Execution is responsible for.

• Download, enhance and analyze reports from Citi systems related to financial performance (e.g. revenues, expenses, balance sheet), sales performance (e.g. deal pipeline, won/lost deals, calling intensity) and other areas.
• Work with the reports and collect inputs from various teams to compare actual numbers against prior period and plan, understand the drivers behind increases and decreases, identify trends and outliers, calculate forecast. Collect inputs from various teams for presentations used during business reviews and other meetings.
• Assist the Business Execution team with preparation of various reports and presentations.
• Be able to work independently on the assigned tasks based on the guidance received and ensure their timely completion.

What we’ll need from you

• Degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or other quantitative fields.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to multitask, be organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent understanding of statistics, data analysis, and visualization.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills: Good verbal and written communication and formal presentation skills. The ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel, including senior management.
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Office application suite e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
• Language requirements - fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Be ready to learn and apply the obtained knowledge in practice quickly.
