The ideal candidate will facilitate communication, gather requirements and ensure that the final deliverables align with user needs and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with end‑users to identify and document business requirements ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the end‑user team and the development team facilitating discussions and ensuring all parties are aligned.
• Analysis and Documentation: Analyze and document business processes, workflows and requirements creating clear specifications for the development team.
• Testing and Validation: Participate in user acceptance testing to validate that solutions meet the specified requirements and support end‑user needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within real estate construction projects providing recommendations based on user feedback.
• Project Support: Assist in the development and implementation of project plans ensuring that user requirements are prioritized and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
