Madinat Jumeirah is a mega-resort featuring four ultra-luxurious hotels: Jumeirah Al Naseem, Jumeirah Al Qasr, Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, and Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf. It offers 2km of pristine beach, Talise Spa, modern leisure facilities, and a range of accommodations from penthouses to private summerhouses. The resort hosts over 50 restaurants and bars, a traditional souk, and various shopping outlets.

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join the F&B Service team at Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties include:

1. Supervising daily operations and guiding the F&B service team to meet goals and standards.
2. Leading pre-shift briefings to communicate duties and updates.
3. Delegating tasks and motivating team members.
4. Handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
5. Maintaining reports, records, and conducting quality checks.
6. Providing guidance on food, beverage, and dining themes to ensure memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. One or two years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury property or standalone/branded restaurant.
2. Proficiency in English and a second language (Russian or European languages preferred).
3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Opera (Cloud), Micros, and Sevenrooms.
4. Experience in a multicultural environment and handling guest complaints effectively.
