Job summary
A renowned recruitment agency is seeking a Construction Supervisor in Dubai. The candidate will manage site activities, ensure compliance with drawings and standards, and coordinate with personnel and contractors for efficient project execution. The ideal applicant will have a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in construction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Registered and certified in the relevant discipline.
- GCC experience is an advantage.

- Supervise all construction site activities.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor daily productivity and resolve issues.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
