The ideal candidate will manage all production activities, ensure product quality, enforce safety protocols, and maintain documentation. A diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering is required with 3-7 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and decision-making skills are essential. This role involves 12-hour shifts, both day and night.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in grease manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of grease production processes, blending, heating systems, and filling operations.
• Familiar with plant safety standards, equipment handling, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control all production activities during the shift.
• Supervise machine operators and allocate manpower efficiently.
• Ensure product quality and coordinate with the QA/QC team.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain safe operations.
• Prepare shift handover reports and maintain accurate production logs.
