A leading hospitality company is seeking a Vice President of Development in Dubai to lead the global expansion of its F&B Platform. This role involves sourcing and managing new projects, collaborating with various internal teams, and building relationships with industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in development within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands and a track record of structuring agreements. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and diverse challenges within a global brand environment.

- Proven track record in structuring and closing complex agreements.
- Deep understanding of the global dining and luxury landscape.

- Lead preparation of financial models and investment analyses.
