• Excellent data entry skills in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administrative operations within the Free Zone Department.
• Process Entry Permit (EP) applications with expertise in English-Arabic data entry.
• Handle visa-related processes including cancellation, renewal, and transfer.
• Process Emirates ID cards, salary letters, and NOCs in both Immigration and Free Zone portal systems.
• Manage all online HR and Free Zone portal processes, ensuring updates are accurate and timely.
• Maintain trackers, reports, and records effectively.
• Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Resolve issues related to Free Zone portal operations and propose enhancements to portal features.
