We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Area Manager – Service, based in our Dubai, UAE office. This role reports to the Head of Service Operations for Dubai. You will be responsible for proactively managing customer relationships, leading and coaching a team of Maintenance Engineers and Technicians, and continuously improving field performance. The role also carries responsibility for driving profitability, growing the business, and delivering high‑quality customer service with a strong service mindset.
In summary, you will be accountable for all customers, safety, operational, and financial KPIs, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are achieved or exceeded.
