Role Description

This is a full-time onsite position for a Jewellery Shop Manager at House of Emirates® Dubai branch. The role involves starting and setting up the store from scratch, overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The manager will lead a team to create unparalleled customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of luxury retail. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and developing effective operational strategies.

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years proven verified experience working in jewellery stores in the UAE is a MUST
  • Strong skills in Store Management and Operations Management to oversee daily operations and streamline processes.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and creating bespoke Customer Experiences to cater to a luxury clientele.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to maintain a high-performing and customer-focused environment.
  • Prior experience in luxury retail or the jewelry industry is an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Salary

Salary will start at 10k-20k AED per month depending on experience plus bonuses for sale performance.
