Ontime Healthcare is in search of a knowledgeable and meticulous Cost Estimator within the Fitout Industry. As a Cost Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our project development process by estimating project costs and ensuring financial feasibility for our fitout projects.
- Review project plans, specifications, and construction schedules to prepare precise cost estimates.
- Engage with architects, engineers, and project managers to clarify project requirements and nuances.
- Conduct market research to gather data on pricing for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Provide detailed estimates on direct and indirect costs associated with each project.
- Monitor ongoing projects to track expenditures against estimated budgets and ensure financial compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender submissions.
- Update and maintain a cost database to reference previous projects and benchmark future estimates.
- Prepare periodic reports on cost-per-square-foot for the fitout industry to assess trends and provide insights.
