C.H. Robinson is seeking a Manager, Control Tower Operations to join our Robinson Managed Solutions (RMS) 4PL organization in Dubai. This role is part of a newly established team in Dubai which gives you an exciting opportunity to help shape our presence from the start and contribute to building a strong foundation for future growth.
In this role, you will lead essential control tower operations for a global customer, applying AI, analytics, and automation to improve productivity and service quality.

Drive consistent execution that meets customer’s requirements and expectations
Leverage Operations Dashboards and internal analytics to understand areas of service excellence & service gaps, and work with teams on actions to address identified gaps
Utilization of continuous improvement methodology in management of KPIs for the service delivery team
Identify recurring service delivery interruptions & customer issues, drive root cause analysis and resolve via appropriate corrective & preventive actions
Promote the adoption of advanced technology, automation, and data analytics to enhance forecasting, exception management, and decision‑making speed
Use operational dashboards and predictive insights to identify risks, service gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Lead and mentor direct reports providing regular feedback, coaching and guidance based on performance, dashboards, and Personal Development Plan
Ensure that all assigned team-members have a solid understanding of customer business objectives and the plans to attain those objectives
Build an inclusive, collaborative culture rooted in customer understanding, accountability, and ongoing learning
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in 4PL, control tower, or complex logistics operations with direct customer-facing responsibility
Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience
Fluency in English
Experience executing businesses through Standard Practices and Operational Excellence methodologies
Experience operating in fast-paced, high-change environments, with resilience and adaptability
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Experience leading operational transformation through technology, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions
Strong interpersonal/communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate effectively in a highly responsive and professional manner
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, operational dashboards, process, and project management tools
Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and change management skills
Strong business acumen and ability to build trusted partnerships internally and externally
