Role Overview
The Mobility Champion is a frontline professional responsible for delivering safe, dignified, and reliable transportation across multiple service sectors. This role supports a wide range of journeys—from everyday mobility to education, travel, tourism, and medical-related transport—while operating fully within a non-clinical, non-emergency scope.
Mobility Champions are called champions because they consistently uphold high standards of safety, professionalism, empathy, and adaptability, regardless of trip type or passenger needs. This role goes beyond driving and represents Eunoia Mobilitys commitment to trusted, human-centered mobility. Eunoia Mobility provides non-clinical, non-emergency transportation services only. Mobility Champions do not provide medical assessment, treatment, monitoring, or clinical decision-making.
Service Environments You Will Support
Depending on assignment, training, and operational needs, Mobility Champions may support journeys across one or more of the following environments:
- Medical & Injury Mobility – non-clinical transport supporting treatment access, recovery, and continuity of care
- Neuro, Sensory & Autism Mobility – calm, predictable, sensory-aware transport for neurodivergent individuals and hidden disabilities
- Children & Special Needs Mobility – supervised, duty-of-care-led transport across healthcare, education, and family settings
- Education & School Transportation – regulated transport supporting students, schools, and universities
- Airport, Hotel & Travel Mobility – accessible travel across airports, hotels, destinations, and visitor journeys
- Accessible Transport, Microtransit & Daily Mobility – everyday travel, on-demand services, and first-/last-mile connectivity
- Community, Independent Living & Aging-in-Place Mobility – supporting independence, social participation, and community engagement
- Workforce, Recovery & Return-to-Life Mobility – supporting individuals returning to work, education, or daily routines
- Events, Sports, Veterans & Protocol Mobility – supporting large-scale events, competitions, veteran services, and protocol-led operations
- Emergency, Humanitarian & Special Operations Mobility – supporting coordinated response, evacuations, and institutional-scale operations when required
Assignments are based on training, experience, and operational needs—Mobility Champions are not expected to support all environments at once.

- Operate with airline-level safety discipline, using checklists, securement verification, and zero-shortcut practices
- Deliver dignity-first, human-centered service across diverse passenger needs
- Communicate clearly and respectfully, explaining each step of the journey to reduce uncertainty and stress
- Maintain reliability and punctuality, recognizing the importance of timing across all service sectors
- Exercise sound judgment in unexpected situations, escalating concerns appropriately and without delay
- Treat the vehicle as a reflection of professionalism—clean, safe, prepared, and welcoming
- Uphold integrity by following policies, reporting incidents accurately, and protecting passenger trust
- Act as a professional ambassador for Eunoia Mobility across all service environments
Mobility Champions are trusted professionals who take ownership of safety, service quality, and ethical conduct on every journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate paratransit and light vehicles in compliance with UAE traffic laws, RTA regulations, and company policies
- Provide respectful, individualized assistance to passengers including children, seniors, tourists, students, and People of Determination
- Operate wheelchair lifts, ramps, securement systems, and accessibility equipment when required
- Conduct documented pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspection
- Follow assigned routes and schedules using GPS and dispatch instructions
- Maintain accurate records including trip logs, mileage, passenger details, and daily vehicle reports
- Communicate professionally with dispatchers, supervisors, passengers, caregivers, and partners
- Respond calmly to delays, emergencies, or route changes, prioritizing safety and communication
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly vehicle interior at all times
- Complete incident, accident, safety, and maintenance reports as required
- Practice defensive driving and adhere to all health, safety, and risk-prevention standards
- Support operational needs, including special assignments or service representation when required
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Experience transporting diverse passenger groups (accessible mobility, seniors, students, tourism, or premium services) is highly preferred
- Ability to work in varying traffic, weather, and operational conditions
- Clean driving record
Licensing & Regulatory Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License – Light Vehicles (Mandatory)
- Ability to pass background checks, medical examination, and drug screening
- Completion of required internal training programs

- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Physical capability to assist passengers and operate mobility equipment when needed
