- Monitor access points, public areas, and restricted zones to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and other security incidents.
- Operate and monitor CCTV and other security surveillance systems.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Enforce mall rules, safety procedures, and security policies.
- Assist customers, tenants, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Liaise with mall management, emergency services, and internal security teams as required.
- Prepare accurate incident and shift reports.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times in line with company standards.
- Proven experience as a Security Guard, preferably in shopping malls, retail centers, or commercial properties.
- Valid security training or certification.
- Strong knowledge of security procedures, access control, and incident management.
- Ability to operate CCTV and basic security monitoring systems.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional appearance, high integrity, and strong customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Eligibility and willingness to relocate to the UAE under employer-sponsored visa arrangements.
