Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence within shopping malls and surrounding premises.
• Monitor access points, public areas, and restricted zones to ensure safety and security.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and other security incidents.
• Operate and monitor CCTV and other security surveillance systems.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Enforce mall rules, safety procedures, and security policies.
• Assist customers, tenants, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Liaise with mall management, emergency services, and internal security teams as required.
• Prepare accurate incident and shift reports.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times in line with company standards.

Requirements
