Doleep Studios is looking for a highly skilled Lead Video Editor to join our production team at our Dubai Branch Office.

This role is ideal for an editor with a strong background in corporate, government, and institutional video content, particularly Arabic-language projects. If you bring technical excellence, editorial judgment, and experience working on high-profile productions, we’d love to hear from you.

Role Overview

As a Lead Video Editor, you will take ownership of editing workflows across multiple productions, ensuring high editorial standards and consistency. This is a hands‑on role requiring both strong storytelling ability and technical precision, working closely with directors, producers, and motion teams to deliver professional, broadcast‑quality content.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the editing of corporate, government, and documentary-style videos
• Edit Arabic-language content with high linguistic and cultural accuracy
• Assemble rough cuts and final cuts aligned with approved scripts and story structures
• Ensure pacing, narrative clarity, and professional broadcast-level quality
• Apply color correction, sound balancing, subtitles, and text overlays
• Collaborate with motion designers, sound designers, and producers
• Maintain organized project files, timelines, and version control
• Review and refine edits based on internal and client feedback
• Ensure all deliverables meet agreed technical and branding standards
• Support junior editors when required and uphold editing best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a media production company, TV, cinema, or similar professional media institution
• Fluent Arabic speaker (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Strong experience working on Arabic corporate and government projects
• High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Solid working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder)
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and editorial structure
• Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining quality
• Experience handling feedback from government or enterprise clients is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with long‑form corporate films or documentary content
• Familiarity with bilingual (Arabic/English) deliverables
• Understanding of broadcast and digital delivery standards
