Education
We are seeking an experienced ASIC Repair Team Leader to join our electronics team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the electronics industry and a strong background in ASIC repair. As a team leader you will be responsible for overseeing the repair process leading a team of technicians and ensuring that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of technicians in the repair of ASIC components
- Develop and implement repair processes and procedures
- Ensure that all repairs are completed within specified timeframes
- Conduct quality control checks on repaired ASIC components
- Collaborate with other departments to address any technical issues or challenges
- Provide training and guidance to team members
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory
- 1-3 years of experience in the electronics industry
- Strong background in ASIC repair
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
Salary: AED 3000
- Commission: 25% commission per successful repair (paid monthly) Employment Visa provided
