As a team leader you will be responsible for overseeing the repair process leading a team of technicians and ensuring that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technicians in the repair of ASIC components
• Develop and implement repair processes and procedures
• Ensure that all repairs are completed within specified timeframes
• Conduct quality control checks on repaired ASIC components
• Collaborate with other departments to address any technical issues or challenges
• Provide training and guidance to team members
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the electronics industry
• Strong background in ASIC repair
