Job summary

A leading hospitality management company in Dubai seeks an Engineering Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in engineering or maintenance, preferably in hospitality, and possesses strong technical knowledge of building systems like HVAC and plumbing. Responsibilities include managing work orders, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading the engineering team. This role requires effective communication and leadership skills, along with the ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in engineering or maintenance, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and assign tasks to technicians.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed to standard.
• Support CAPEX and OPEX planning and cost control.
