Position:
Payments Projects Manager- Onshore Resource

Summary:
As a Payments Projects Manager- Onshore Resource, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing payment projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of payment-related projects.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are aligned with overall business objectives.
3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
4. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
6. Provide regular updates on project status to senior management and stakeholders.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking roles, specifically in Payments Projects Management or related fields.
3. Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and JIRA.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Experience in payment systems and processes within the banking industry.
6. Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting payment projects.
7. Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
