Credit Documentation Lead – Corporate Banking
Job summary
A leading financial institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking a professional to prepare and vet documentation for credit facilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with 6-8 years of experience in Corporate Banking. Strong knowledge of U.A.E. legal environment and banking software systems is required, along with excellent English language skills and attention to detail. This role is vital for maintaining the integrity of our credit documentation processes.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years’ experience in Corporate Banking, with at least 3 years in Corporate CAD function.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and vet documentation for credit facilities.
- Review and ensure authenticity of security documents.
- Integrate accurate internal and regulatory reporting.
- Maintain up-to-date collateral data.
