Job summary
A reputable engineering company in Dubai is seeking a Document Controller to manage and archive all documentation effectively. You will establish document control procedures, ensure compliance with quality management systems, and maintain accurate records. Ideal candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in a technical document control role and possess a relevant diploma or degree. This position is crucial for the smooth operation of projects and ensuring all documentation meets company standards.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as a Document Controller in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of document control procedures.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain document control procedures for technical documentation.
- Receive, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents.
- Ensure documents are correctly numbered, version-controlled, and approved.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients for document submissions.
- Maintain document registers and revision histories.
