An educational organization in Abu Dhabi seeks a School Programme Unit Head to establish and manage relationships with k-12 institutions. The role involves leading a team, developing engagement strategies, and evaluating educational programs. Education
The School Programme Unit Head is responsible for establishing and managing relationships with k-12 educational institutions in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies and plans for partnerships and relationships with academic institutions and community groups.
- Manage programmes and initiatives for unit objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of staff, including recruitment, performance management, mentoring, coaching, and career development guidance.
- Evaluate educational programs and generate reports to discuss future requirements.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering educational programmes. They should have proven ability to design and implement educational programmes, lead/manage teams, and project management skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Museum Education, Cultural Studies, History, or Museology is required, and a Master's degree is preferred. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
