About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager – F&B Marketing to join Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Oversee and execute F&B marketing strategies, including close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Associate Director of Marketing to implement both short‑ and long‑term resort strategies aligned with the Sales & Marketing Department’s revenue goals.
  • Work with assigned agencies on SEM, SEO, EDM campaigns, social media, and digital marketing initiatives with top‑tier media, ensuring projects stay within budget and optimize campaign performance.
  • Lead content creation (photoshoot & videoshoot) and community management of Dhow & Anchor, Bastion, Floor 24, Kitchen Connection, Fika, Nuska Beach, Pool Bar, Creations Cakery, Pearl Lounge & C&I social media accounts from start to finish, with support from the external social media Agency.
  • Independently coordinate F&B marketing events, media hosting, and influencer engagement. Filter all F&B reviews through PR agencies before sending them for final approval to ensure quality and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Ensure F&B content on Jumeirah Beach Hotel website and other platforms is up‑to‑date and aligned with brand standards. Regularly monitor listings and collaborate with the PR team for timely submissions of awards and recognitions.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and vendors. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate communication of offers and ensure all marketing materials adhere to Jumeirah brand standards.
About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • A professional certificate, diploma, bachelor’s or professional degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field is essential. A Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification is desirable.
  • 3‑5 years of experience in marketing and advertising, ideally within luxury brands or the hospitality industry, with specific exposure to F&B marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written business English; any second language will be an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management (working with chefs, executives, and F&B directors).
