Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager with 4-5 years of experience, preferably from an agency background, to lead our digital marketing efforts in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing clients, and leading a team to deliver exceptional results. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is essential, along with the ability to define KPIs, retain clients, and ensure measurable success. This role will report directly to the Projects Manager and COO.
Note: UAE experience is not mandatory; however, familiarity with the regional market is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outline and implement tailored digital marketing strategies for clients to achieve their business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their goals, target audience, and competitive landscape.
- Paid Advertising Expertise:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and ensure maximum ROI for clients.
- Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing regular performance updates.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring they are aligned with client goals and company objectives.
- Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- KPI Definition & Performance Tracking:
- Define clear KPIs for each client and campaign, ensuring they align with business goals.
- Work closely with the team to achieve these KPIs and deliver measurable results.
- Ensure clients achieve positive results and retain them through consistent performance and value addition.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or expand services for existing clients.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others.
- Prepare detailed reports for clients, highlighting achievements, insights, and recommendations.
- Stay Ahead of Trends:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with agency experience.
- Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Experience in leading and managing a digital marketing team.
- Ability to define KPIs, track performance, and deliver results.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with the UAE/GCC market is a plus.
