Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Partner with the Head of Business Development to shape engaging and resultsdriven sales and marketing strategies.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table to drive revenue and expand market presence.
  • Use market insights and consumer trends to steer decisionmaking.
  • Creative Campaign Support
    1. Collaborate with the marketing team to build memorable campaigns promotions and experiences.
    2. Ensure all marketing content and sales materials are consistent with the brand s voice and visual identity.
    3. Keep the audience engaged with innovative storytelling and campaign ideas.
  • Market Research & Analysis
    1. Conduct deep dives into the market to identify trends gaps and new opportunities.
    2. Track competitor activity and stay ahead of industry movements.
    3. Use data to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Sales Strategy & Enablement
    1. Work closely with the sales team to implement strategies and meet revenue goals.
    2. Help identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
    3. Assist with lead generation prospecting and pipeline development.
  • Performance Monitoring
    1. Track key sales metrics and performance indicators to assess progress.
    2. Highlight areas needing attention and propose action plans.
    3. Share regular reports and insights with senior leadership.
  • CRM & Customer Engagement
    1. Manage the CRM platform to track client interactions and strengthen relationships.
    2. Support targeted campaigns using customer data and segmentation.
    3. Identify opportunities to upsell crosssell and boost customer loyalty.
  • Marketing Operations
    1. Assist in rolling out marketing efforts across various channels digital print social email and more.
    2. Coordinate the creation of marketing materials and promotional assets.
    3. Support eventrelated promotions to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence.
  • Business Development & Partnerships
    1. Source and develop new leads through outreach networking and research.
    2. Build and maintain strong connections with partners clients and key stakeholders.
    3. Support the team in closing new deals and negotiating terms.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in both sales and marketing roles.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and executing successful campaigns.
  • Prior experience at Senior Executive Assistant Manager Manager or Specialist level.
  • Candidates with an Eastern European background are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead or support a team; prior supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
