A leading financial services provider is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Global HNW Distribution in Dubai. This role involves developing Takaful distribution strategies and managing relationships with distributors. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 10 years in the Financial Services industry, and Takaful life insurance experience. A hybrid work arrangement is offered.

To meet our ambitions we are hiring for a Senior/Business Development Manager Global HNW Distribution who will report to the Senior Executive Officer Manulife Middle East Limited (SEO MMEL). This individual will be a key member of the sales and distribution team and should be versed with life insurance products and have an excellent understanding of the High-Net-Worth International Life Insurance market and marketing concepts. The candidate should also be a subject matter expert (SME) on Takaful insurance distribution and be able to identify develop and promote Takaful marketing/ sales opportunities and educational material while building strong relationships with our current and new GHNW Distributors.
