We are looking for a Product Analyst to contribute to the evolution of Tabby. This Product Analyst will join our Customer Happiness team and focus on enhancing the customer support experience. This includes optimizing chat tools, AI-driven chatbots, and other self-service solutions. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Customer Experience, and Product teams.
