Located in Dubai, our 19,375-square-foot hub seamlessly blends physical and digital environments—offering state-of-the-art workspaces, immersive events, and a vibrant community dedicated to shaping the future of Web3.
As our Lead Business Development, your mission is to take full ownership of Daos Hub’s growth engine. This is not just about closing deals — it’s about building the systems, strategies, and partnerships that power the entire ecosystem. Based in Dubai — a global Web3 epicenter — you’ll lead the charge in forging high-value relationships, designing scalable outreach pipelines, and packaging our offerings for different market segments. You’ll play a core role in building our initial community of 1,000 members, crafting strategic direction alongside the CEO, and turning vision into traction. This is your chance to define and scale the BizDev function from the ground up at one of the most dynamic Web3 startups in the space.
Immerse yourself in our product ecosystem, community vision, and strategic goals. Audit current BD processes and pipelines. Build a clear snapshot of existing partnerships, performance metrics, and gaps.
Design and begin executing an upgraded BizDev strategy aligned with our growth objectives. Lead outreach to startups, VCs, service providers, and ecosystem players. Collaborate with the CEO on refining positioning and packaging of partnership offerings.
Establish scalable, data-backed BizDev workflows. Launch pilot community growth initiatives aimed at reaching our first 1,000 members. Report on results and iterate. Begin building out the team and defining long‑term growth KPIs.
