About The Role

The Structured Solutions (SSG) represents Interpolitan’s most specialised and consultative front line. It is a vertical‑centric sales organisation mandated to originate and execute high‑value, cross‑border, and commercially intensive transactions. Operating as strategic advisors rather than traditional salespeople, the SSG team brings the entire organisation and its partner ecosystem to the client, combining banking, product, compliance, treasury, and legal expertise to design and deliver bespoke financial solutions that solve complex client needs. As AVP– Escrow Solutions, you’ll be accountable for scaling the Escrow and TPMA vertical originating, structuring, and managing complex, high‑value transactions while maintaining trusted relationships with law firms, developers, fiduciaries, and professional intermediaries. You will operate as both product specialist and commercial lead owning your pipeline, generating measurable revenue, and ensuring every engagement strengthens Interpolitan’s market position and profitability. This role demands a blend of strategic relationship management, technical knowledge, and disciplined commercial execution. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless, compliant, and high‑touch client experience from origination through retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate, manage, and grow a defined book of Escrow and TPMA clients, leveraging your existing network within legal, property, construction, and corporate sectors.
  • Drive measurable new revenue and recurring growth, balancing acquisition with long‑term retention and relationship value.
  • Design and structure complex, compliant Escrow solutions, working closely with legal, compliance, and operational teams to ensure precision and regulatory alignment.
  • Develop and manage introducer and referral networks—law firms, developers, CSPs, and advisors expanding market access and accelerating deal flow.
  • Own your pipeline end‑to‑end, ensuring CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and transparent reporting consistent with global commercial governance.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Client Services (for seamless onboarding and lifecycle management), Marketing (for visibility and thought leadership), and Operations (for execution excellence).
  • Contribute market insight and feedback to inform Escrow product development, pricing models, and competitive positioning.
  • Represent Interpolitan with authority and discretion at client meetings, events, and industry forums, upholding our reputation for trust, credibility, and precision.

Experience & Commercial Acumen
  • 7–10+ years’ experience in Escrow, TPMA, legal, or financial services, ideally within payments, trust, or transaction banking.
  • Proven success in originating, negotiating, and closing complex, high‑value Escrow or TPMA transactions.
  • Existing book of relationships or introducer network capable of generating immediate commercial activity is essential.
  • Strong technical understanding of SRA/FCA frameworks, client money management, and regulatory controls.
  • Commercially intelligent able to translate technical expertise into structured deals, partnerships, and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Established, trusted network across law firms, developers, CSPs, and professional intermediaries.
  • Confident communicator with credibility at senior and partner level.
  • Skilled at navigating multi‑party relationships and advising clients on risk, structure, and opportunity.
