Supervisor vacancy in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for an experienced individual who has at least two years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, problem solving, and communication skills. They must also be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate leadership capability.

The primary responsibilities include:

• scheduling staff shifts
• managing staff performance
• creating reports on activities
• providing feedback to the management team

They should also be able to analyze data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for change when necessary. In addition, they should be capable of monitoring staff productivity as well as developing strategies for improving it.

We offer a competitive salary of 1800 AED per month with room for growth depending on performance and experience. We are open to considering immigrants who have the necessary skills and experience required for this position.
