We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for our laundry call centre in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for our clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and messages in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with service inquiries, complaints, order tracking, and special requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Communicate effectively with operations and delivery teams to resolve customer issues.
- Provide clear information about services, pricing, and policies.
- Ensure high standards of service quality and professionalism in every interaction.
- Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,500

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory for European clients).
- Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory).

- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems is a plus).
