As a Junior Maintenance Engineer, you will provide high‑quality maintenance services to our customers at their field locations. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations, contributing to the success of a large team that plays an integral part in our business.

Responsibilities
  • Perform complex and difficult tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Work with pre‑defined procedures in line with established work practices and quality standards, and in some exceptional situations work with minimal instruction and documentation.
  • Identify equipment malfunctions and repair before catastrophic failure.
  • Assist in reworking, repairing and modifying non‑conforming equipment.
  • Identify and communicate technical problems by using logical troubleshooting techniques; provide coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence.
  • Assists in incident investigations and troubleshooting.
  • Assists in enhancing maintenance processes, documentation, and quality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics engineering.
  • Relevant industry experience with electronic equipment and sensors, with basic knowledge of mechanical and hydraulics preferred.
  • Excellent electronic soldering skills and ability to read engineering diagrams.
  • Strong multitasking, problem‑solving, process improvement, and analytical skills.
