Job summary
A leading trading company is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in outdoor sales within the building materials industry and a valid UAE driving license. Responsibilities include developing new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships while achieving sales targets in the UAE market.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 years of outdoor sales experience in the building materials/construction/paints/tiles industry in the UAE.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is a plus.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Dubai and other Emirates.
- Visit clients to promote products and understand client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver competitive quotations and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

We are looking for a target-driven and dynamic Outdoor Sales Executive with experience in the trading of building materials tiles or paints. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets within the UAE market.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Dubai and other Emirates
- Visit clients, consultants, contractors and project sites to promote products
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions
- Prepare and deliver competitive quotations and proposals
- Follow up on leads, negotiate terms and close deals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with the sales support and inventory teams for order processing and deliveries
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and product pricing
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit timely reports to management
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of outdoor sales experience in the building materials / construction / paints / tiles industry in the UAE
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent knowledge of local market and customer base
- Must possess a valid UAE Driving License
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated, confident and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is a plus
