We are looking for a Sales Respresentative to join our dynamic team and bring enthusiasm, and a customer-focused approach to drive property sales. You will build relationships with potential buyers, present properties, and close deals to help achieve sales targets.
- Proactively source and generate new channel partner leads through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Provide clients with expert advice on property options, pricing, and financing solutions while delivering prompt responses and exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Customize presentations to highlight property features and benefits tailored to the specific needs and interests of prospective buyers.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction while consistently meeting performance goals.
- Stay informed on market trends, property valuations, and competitor offerings to provide accurate insights and maintain a strong competitive advantage.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by managing client interactions, partner engagement, sales progression, and pipeline activity.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless experience during the sales process and through comprehensive after-sales support
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 1 to 3+ years of sales experience with a Real estate developer in Dubai
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional proficiency in French/Russian is a plus.
- Target driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
